L’appartamento si trova in una verde pineta a soli 60 mt dalla spiaggia di Marina di Campo e poco più dal centro del Paese, dove si può trovare ogni genere di servizio. La spiaggia di Marina di Campo, grazie alla sua sabbia fine e al suo graduale entrare in acqua, è ideale per famiglie con bambini e per persone alla ricerca dei comfort e del bel mare. In gran parte la baia, lunga circa 1,5 km, è costituita da stabilimenti privati attrezzati ma ci sono anche tante aree pubbliche con pineta.
Inoltre da Marina di Campo si possono raggiungere le più belle spiagge dell’Isola d’Elba, scoprire la riserva naturale dell’Isola di Pianosa, praticare ogni genere di sport, noleggiare imbarcazioni e provare le prelibatezze enogastronomiche locali.
