Casa Magnolia is an independent villa with sea view located just 100 meters from the beach of Cavoli, one of the most beautiful sandy bays in all of Elba. Surrounded by silence and a private Mediterranean garden full of flowers, the property is only a 3-minute walk from the beach of Cavoli and a little more from that of Seccheto. In few minutes by walk there are all services, such as bars, restaurants and markets. The house is also equipped with a private parking space, TV and Wifi.
Ideal solution for those looking for privacy, proximity to the sea and large usable outdoor spaces, Casa Magnolia is a single villa, built in local granite, very neat and bright. Inside it has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, dining area and bathroom. From every room you can admire the sea and the green of the Mediterranean scrub. The property overlooks an elegant wooden pergola where there is a table with granite benches for outdoor dining or socializing. The rest of the house, on the other hand, consists of a large garden, for exclusive use, where there are sun loungers for sunbathing or to admire the most beautiful Elban sunsets and an outdoor shower.
