Known as Il Quartiere, in memory of the old coastal military outpost, this historic home in Pomonte underwent a careful renovation in 2016, combining timeless charm with modern elegance and comfort.

Set right by the sea, the property hosts four independent apartments, each with its own character.

The Pianosa apartment, located on the ground floor, offers a quiet and private retreat. This bright and welcoming one-bedroom flat features a living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a double bedroom with an additional bed, and a modern bathroom. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, and tall fridge, ensuring maximum convenience during your stay.

The covered veranda, furnished with table and chairs, invites guests to enjoy outdoor dining with views of the sea, countryside, and surrounding hills — a true slice of Elba’s authentic charm.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. A shared laundry room with washing machine is also available.

Just 10 metres from the house, the famous Relitto Beach awaits — named after the wreck of a cargo ship that sank in 1972, lying just 150 metres offshore. Easily reachable by swimming or pedal boat, the wreck is visible even from the surface, surrounded by colourful fish and crystal-clear waters. A unique experience, in a home where time slows down between sea, history and beauty.
