CASA CAPRAIA

Known as Il Quartiere, in memory of the presence of a military headquarters for coastal navigation, this historic house in POMONTE was the subject of a skilful renovation in 2016 and is presented in a completely new guise, well furnished and equipped with fine finishes.

Thanks to its unique position directly on the sea, its guests can enjoy a splendid holiday in one of the most evocative corners of the COSTA DEL SOLE, in the small seaside village of POMONTE.

The house consists of 4 apartments, each on a different level.

The CAPRAIA apartment with 3 beds is located on the 1st floor, with a beautiful sea view from the terrace: it is a bright two-room apartment consisting of a living room with open kitchen and a 3rd bed; and a double bedroom equipped with TV and large wardrobe. The kitchen has a dishwasher, induction plates and a column fridge, as well as everything you need to enjoy a holiday in comfort.

Next to the living room-kitchen, there is a terrace with sea view, equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. On the outside of the terrace guests who have to reach the apartment on the other floor (Montecristo) have the right of way.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wifi.
