VILLA LENTISCO

Villa Lentisco is located just outside the town of Marina di Campo, 1 km from the beach, surrounded by the greenery of the Elba countryside.

The villa has a large garden that features various Mediterranean plants such as rosemary, lentisk, and cistus.

The house is completely independent and overlooks a charming pergola of generous size, where one can enjoy meals in the shade. There is a fixed barbecue that brings the family together for delicious outdoor dinners. The outdoor area is equipped for dining outside but also for sunbathing and relaxing on comfortable wooden loungers.

From the entrance of the house, you enter the living room, which serves as a convivial space. From here, you can access the kitchen, equipped with an undercounter refrigerator, a 4-burner gas stove, a granite countertop for meal preparation, and access to the outdoor area adjacent to the barbecue. Also from the living room, you can reach the master bedroom, which has access to the external veranda and its own private, windowed bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. From the living room, through a door, you can access a small hallway that leads to one of the double bedrooms, the room with two single beds, and the windowed bathroom with a bathtub.

The villa does not have air conditioning, but being located in a cool countryside area, there is always a circulation of fresh air in the evening.

The location and the view of the valley make this accommodation very peaceful and cool, ideal for those seeking silence and privacy, or those who simply want to share a vacation with friends.
