Melete House is located at the top of Seccheto, 200 meters from the sandy beach. It can be reached on foot, crossing the ancient paths of the old town of Seccheto, a delightful seaside resort, located on the west coast of Elba, also known as Costa del Sole (Costa del Sole). The village is surrounded by hills and many interesting routes for lovers of trekking and mountain biking start from here. Going down towards the sea, there is a small port with an area for the shelter of small boats in a natural inlet. The port is protected by a cliff and is accessible from a square, reachable by car Seccheto beach, 150 meters long, is a beach of light sand that extends on the sides in comfortable cliffs, also for bathing. It is located between Cavoli and Fetovaia and together they constitute one of the areas of the island with the most fascinating beaches. Seccheto is also famous for its natural pools: ancient granite quarries on the sea level today form small pools that are filled with the water of the sea with the movement of the waves. The rich granite deposits in the area were exploited since Roman imperial times until the period of Pisan domination (10th century).

The large outdoor patio, the jewel of Melete house, is the true heartbeat of this residence. It offers a space dedicated to conviviality and relaxation. The patio, furnished with a granite table and a lounge area with sofas, it’s the ideal place to contemplate the marine horizon. Magical moments await you every evening at sunset when the sky is tinged with golden hues, and the sea reflects the warm light of the sun.

You enter the house from the living room, which opens into living area with a sofa a table and a fully equipped kitchen. The light colors reminiscent of the crystal-clear waters of Seccheto and the carefully chosen furnishings, create a cozy atmosphere.

From the living area, the hallway leads to the two welcoming bedrooms, bathed in natural light and furnished with relaxing tones, promising serene nights and rejuvenating mornings. The master bedroom features a double bed, and the second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed and a comfortable bunk bed with two single beds.

The bathroom has been tastefully renovated with quality finishes. Every element has been designed to offer comfort and functionality as a space for self-care.
